Job Description:
Responsible for Installing and configuring Linux and Windows systems and software.
Responsible for troubleshooting Operating System issue, libraries, patches.
Responsible for detecting and troubleshooting all computer hardware problems.
Setup and troubleshoot classroom devices MVP, Camera, Sound Systems.
Maintain lab PC hardware in a topnotch condition.
Setup and troubleshoot conference room PA, online meeting systems and hardware.
Be the lead in maintaining digital screens, video wall, vertical display throughout the campus.
Responsible for the hundreds of Print Zone computers, printers to keep them in the topnotch condition.
Ready to stay late in the office and work in the weekend.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Academic Qualification:
Master’s degree with B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or a related field at a recognized university from home or abroadwould get the preference.
Experience:
5 years working experience in the relevant field.
Experience on Educational Institution will be given preference.
Strong and proven experience in Linux Kernel handling, Windows, Mackintosh.
Proven track record in handling motherboard, hard drive, solid state drive, RAM and PC components.
Proficient in Installing, configuring, troubleshooting IT equipment.
Expert level experience on data recovery.
Working Knowledge on various PA Systems.
Experience in handling Active Directory AD or LDAP server.
An excellent trouble shooter handling Printer, Photocopier, Scanner issues.
Experienced on administering Load Runner.
Experienced on DVR and NVR CCTV Camera support.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years.
Pay Scale: Tk. 25,383-2,538-63,456 (as per NSU policy).
Other Terms and Conditions:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Bangla and English, supervisory experience and well conversant in computer applications and typing skills in Bangla and English.
Willingness to work in holidays and after office-hours if necessary.
Third division/ class/ equivalent CGPA of the candidates in any educational level will not be accepted.
